huandong welding manipulator, also known as column and boom welding machine, is a core automatic welding equipment matched with welding positioner and welding roller frame. Our intelligent column boom manipulator is widely used in tank, pressure vessel, pipeline and wind tower submerged arc welding, realizing long-distance automatic seam welding, greatly improving welding efficiency and workpiece forming quality.
Our automatic welding manipulator supports customized lifting stroke, horizontal boom extension and traveling base. Equipped with stable servo control system, the welding manipulator runs smoothly with low shaking during long-time submerged arc welding. Optional hydraulic lifting, electric traveling and remote intelligent control functions to meet different heavy industrial welding demands.
- Stable and Reliable Welding Quality: The fully enclosed submerged arc welding ensures smooth and beautiful weld formation with uniform penetration, no spatter and no arc damage. The weld flaw detection pass rate is high, fully meeting the high-standard welding requirements of pressure vessels and special equipment.
- High Efficiency and Cost Saving: Automatic continuous operation greatly reduces labor dependence, with welding efficiency 3-5 times that of traditional manual welding. The high flux recycling rate reduces consumable loss and significantly cuts long-term production costs.
- Wide Compatibility and Flexible Adjustment: It supports 180° column rotation and customized boom stroke with stepless speed adjustment, suitable for longitudinal and circumferential seam welding of small, medium and large cylinders and special-shaped steel structures, compatible with all conventional SAW power sources.
